- Payment: We accept various payment methods including Credit/Debit cards and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

- Delivery Responsibility: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Shop Ajwa is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or customs clearance for international orders.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Shop Ajwa are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
