Refund & Return Policy

At Shop Ajwa, we take pride in the quality of our modest wear collections. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand our procedures for returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeline: You must initiate a return/exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging with all brand tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hijabs and Hijab caps (once opened).
  • Sale or Clearance items.
  • Custom-made or altered Abayas (tailored to specific customer measurements).

3. Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size):

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email at ajwamodestwear@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. Inspection: Once we receive the item, our quality control team will inspect it.
  3. Shipment: If approved, your new item will be dispatched. Please note that exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the original item was faulty.

4. Refund Policy

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have received the returned item.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges for returning items are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

6. International Orders

Currently, we only offer returns/exchanges for orders within Pakistan. International orders are considered final sale unless the item is proven to be damaged upon arrival.

7. How to Initiate a Request

To start a return or exchange, please provide your order ID and photos of the product to:

Note: Shop Ajwa reserves the right to reject any return/exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
